Diego Maradona Sinagra, son of the legendary Argentine footballer Diego Armando Maradona, who died in 2020, will coach UD Ibarra, a Tenerife team that plays in Group 12 (Canary Islands) of the Third Federation, until the end of the season, as confirmed by the club on its Instagram profile.

The coach, who played as a midfielder in the lower categories in Italy, has always been linked to football although he never achieved the fame of his father.

In his role as coach, he has managed the youth teams of San Giorgio and the first team of Napoli United, in addition to a brief stint at Pompei and Club Montecalcio, in the Italian Fifth Division, adds the aforementioned information.
